See how it works01 · About
ImmerseReality is a low-cost, multi-tenant, white-label immersive marketing platform. It lets companies, agencies and solution providers launch their own fully branded VR and 360° customer-experience ecosystems, without developing proprietary technology.
Immersive content hosting, native iOS and Android applications, customer engagement, analytics, lead generation and physical branded VR Cardboards sit in one scalable SaaS platform.
Content hosting, branded apps, physical viewers, analytics and customer communication under one roof.
Each tenant presents a completely independent brand, its own logo, colours and store presence.
A branded Cardboard costs a fraction of a conventional acquisition campaign and opens an app, not a drawer.
Every scan creates a communication channel the business can use again and again.

05 · The customer journey
The same eight steps run behind every deployment. The first three are physical. The remaining five are where the platform earns its keep.
01
A branded viewer is handed out, posted or packed into a brochure.
02
One scan opens the tenant's own app, no search, no friction.
03
The customer steps inside the property, vehicle, venue or destination.
04
Registration turns an anonymous scan into a named prospect.
05
Behaviour, content preference and campaign source are recorded.
06
Push messages carry new content, launches, events and offers.
07
The customer returns to the app, this time already known.
08
Enquiry, booking, viewing, test drive, sale.
Physical → digital, owned, measured, repeatable
06 · Platform at a glance
Behind the individual branded apps sits the ImmerseReality Cloud Platform, where every tenant runs its own ecosystem from a central back office.
Dedicated codes for products, campaigns and locations, re-pointable without reprinting.
Information, media, links and calls-to-action placed inside the 360° scene.
Upload, tag, organise and publish 360° photo and video into a tenant library.
Fully branded iOS and Android applications under the tenant's own store presence.
Sessions, scans, content performance and campaign engagement in one dashboard.
Customer records, segmentation and push notifications that bring people back.
Registration and enquiry capture tied to the content that produced it.
Product licences bound to a physical item and virtual view-only licences, in one view.
User management, permissions and configuration for each brand.
Planned for Q4 2026 and currently in development. RFID and Wi-Fi location signals will follow the customer beyond the scan, where they travelled, what they stopped at, and trigger an offer while they are still standing there. See the concept dashboard.
A conversational guide inside the tenant's own experience: the customer asks about what they are looking at, talks through promotions and bookings, and a qualified enquiry is handed straight back to the tenant.
The ecosystem
Branded viewers and printed sleeves in the customer's hands, native apps on their phone, and a cloud back office where the content, the codes and the numbers are managed.

Cardboards
The branded Cardboard viewer is a physical brand touchpoint with a job to do. It carries your logo and your printed QR code, and it can be packaged with SIM cards, vouchers, QR codes, promotional cards, invitations, membership offers or product information.
Hand it out at an exhibition, post it to a shortlist, include it with a delivery. When it is unfolded and scanned, your app is installed and the channel is open.

Multi-tenancy
Every tenant runs inside ImmerseReality infrastructure but presents a completely independent brand: own logo, own colours, own App Store and Google Play listings, own content library and own customer experience. Nothing in the product tells your customer whose platform it is.
Agencies and solution providers can run several tenants side by side, each isolated with its own users, content and analytics.
